Our Basic Training class is designed help you burn fat while building strength and toning your body. This class is for anyone who wants to be stronger and build endurance in a safe, structured environment while familiarizing yourself to our equipment - including exercise machines and free weights. Basic Training also includes a component dedicated to building core strength. The focus of the class will change weekly, keeping the class fresh and challenging and assuring you get a great workout and learn something new every time! Basic Training will give you the confidence to strength train on your own. It's a great class for beginners as well as regular strength trainers who want a refresher or change in their routine. The class will be led by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Michael Krick.
