Fit for Life - Body By X's idea of a "boot camp" is a small group-exercise program led by Teri Bauer. It is designed to meet the needs of adults who want to improve their core sterngth, stability and flexibility. Exercise is importat for your overall mental and phsyical health and is an essentail part of living a healthy lifestyle at any age!
This well-rounded program includes a compbination of weight training, neuromuscular (balance/coordination), cardiovascular, and flexibility exercies, geared to help you get in optimal shape.
